I am a real estate redeveloper with a passion for helping people with properties in distress i.e. foreclosure, repairs, divorce.  With over 20 years experience in the banking industry, I bring a strong foundation in finance and strategic thinking.  I specialize in helping people navigate challenging property situations with compassion and solutions that work.  My goal is to create outcomes where everyone feels respected and supported.  Honesty, integrity and transparency are the principles that guide every step I take.  Whether working with sellers, investors, or contractors, I aim to build trust and lasting relationships.  Real estate is more than a business to me, it’s about making a positive impact in peoples’ lives.
